Women on Adventure opportunity for book lovers! Come and enjoy hot chocolate and cider while talking about the book The Joey Song: A Mother’s Story of Her Son’s Addiction. Lynne Cox with Northeast Georgia Health System will facilitate the discussion over a difficult topic covered in this book that offers insight into what families living with addiction experience. WomenSource is offering this book discussion as we prepare for Girl Power 2020: Substance Free Me. We hope you will join us and find hope in talking with one another about real life issues. Participants are asked to purchase their own book and come prepared to discuss.
